These terms apply to your use of the Perfectly Playful website. Perfectly Playful is an early childhood educational and consultancy business operated by Katie Lloyd as a sole trader. Business details: 79 139 432 737.

By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the services

Perfectly Playful offers educational and consultative support, including professional learning, consultancy and family education, for early childhood services, educators and families. Services are offered in person across Brisbane Northside and the Sunshine Coast, subject to service requirements and availability, and online.

Perfectly Playful does not provide clinical therapy, diagnosis or individual therapeutic treatment. Where a child may need clinical, medical or allied health support, please seek advice from a suitably qualified professional.

Information on this website is general and educational in nature. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to a particular child, family or service.

Care is taken to keep the information accurate and current, but it may change over time.

Engagements, bookings and payments

Perfectly Playful offers individual family consultations, family workshops, professional learning and consultancy services. The availability and delivery arrangements for each service are discussed directly with the client.

Before a service is confirmed, the agreed scope, inclusions, fees, payment arrangements and scheduling will be communicated in writing.

By proceeding with a booking, clients agree to the arrangements confirmed for that service.

Cancellations and rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required when cancelling or requesting to reschedule a booked session or service.

Where less than 48 hours' notice is provided, cancellation fees may apply, as outlined in the booking arrangements confirmed before the service.

If Perfectly Playful needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the client will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable and an alternative arrangement or applicable refund will be discussed.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
